McCallum Sweeney Consulting (MSC) completed the design and first round implementation of a certified site program for Southern California Edison (SCE). MSC worked closely with the economic development department of SCE, along with several communities and major California land developers to design a California site certification program. Apple Valley, a growing community in the high desert region of southern California, completed the program and its site was named the first California certified site.
