McCallum Sweeney Consulting is performing a site selection project for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). Although the client’s identity is public at this point in time, all references to this project should use the code name - Project Arrow.

The primary objective is to identify and secure a permanent site for National Scout Jamborees, which typically occur every four years, beginning with the 2013 Jamboree at the selected site. There also is the potential for future World Jamborees to be held at the selected site. Additionally, the development of the site is envisioned to include activities and facilities that would be utilized year-round: High Adventure programs, a museum, and a Center for Leadership Excellence within a conference and training center.
