The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has determined that its proposed site in Rockbridge County, Virginia, for the National Scouting Center, which includes the 2013 National Scout Jamboree, is being withdrawn from consideration due to the significant restrictions on land utilization. BSA will be looking to see if the West Virginia property can support a jamboree.
