Incentive Strategy and Design – MSC will provide incentive program comparisons, lead an effort to strategically align incentive policy with the location’s strategic plan, and provide design recommendations for new or enhanced incentive policy.

Quick Access – MSC will visit your community and provide an evaluation of the three primary components of your business (product, organization, and sales and marketing). This service is designed to be completed in three to five days and will often be combined with a planning or presentation element.

Speaking and Presentations – MSC’s senior staff is available for speaking engagements and training sessions. MSC’s expertise, as well as our presentation and training experience, covers a wide array of topics including: The Site Selection Process, Incentives 101, Marketing to Site Selection Consultants, and Prepared Communities Win.
